Geoff Wright was first class - transparent, honest, listened to the customer needs and was extremely knowledgeable on the options and very user friendly in walking me through the sales order process.

My sales executive Barrie, was excellent. I felt comfortable and appreciated as a customer. He was very approachable, assisting and knowledgeable. The buyers options were presented clearly, and not forced. I don’t like being pressed into agreements by anyone, and Barrie respected my answers on these decisions. I have to thank him for honesty over pointing out, and declaring a defect of the sill that I had not noticed, and he was preparing a replacement, before the purchase transaction. Nice touch. Also, it was a pleasant experience being in the Shrewsbury facility, and I felt like I was a respected and valued customer. I have gained trust in knowing that there is a great customer support service with Mercedes, and hope that future liaisons with Mercedes staff are as supportive as I have been recently experiencing. And….. The car is beautiful. 👌🏻

The atmosphere at the dealership was very nice, the staff we dealt with Adam & Adrian were brilliant. The car I was supposed to be having was blocked by Mercedes , Adrian & Adam managed to find another vehicle of the same spec that I could have and did so within 3 days. Just wanted to say a special mention to Darren. Couldn’t of been more helpful even when In the dealership he was busy I asked him if I could go get a drink water he stopped what he was doing and got me one. At the end I mentioned I wasn’t sure on a few things and he sat and shown me everything. Will be asking for Darren when I upgrade
