We visited Mercedes Shrewsbury in Autumn 2020 and had a test drive. I had to chase the salesman for prices and then he never got back to us. We felt like our custom wasn’t required. We visited on spec on Saturday and spoke firstly a gentleman whom we think is the branch manager who asked one of his team to help us. Adrian was extremely helpful and informative, such a difference to our first experience. We would now recommend Mercedes Shrewsbury and would have liked to put our business their way, but BMW had a stock model with a slightly larger engine that suited us. Massive change in customer experience in 1.5 years for the better.

I requested a test drive on line. The online application asks which vehicle I am interested in. This information is not relayed to the customer service team The arrangement of the test drive was organised efficiently, just the right amount of assistance and information.

I think more detail about how new customers access Mercedes Vehicle Service information would be useful as that is the one area I found confusing!

I dealt with Geoff Wright of Lookers Shrewsbury. That was a pleasure. Geoff was affable, immensely knowledgeable about the car (A250) and very helpful. He also took the trouble to phone a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine with me. I do not whether or not I should mention a person here, but am doing so because of the excellent service that I received from Geoff.
