It was nice to meet staff that were knowledgeable and helpful. A car was available for a test drive within minutes without us sitting around waiting or having to make an appointment to return at a later date. In short we had made a decision and bought a new car within 2 hours.

From the start of initially looking at the car to finally purchasing the car Louis Gale was amazing. The whole buying experience was made very clearly and explained throughly. From going into the branch at Shrewsbury I felt the staff were all helpful and polite. In particular Nathan Crage who was honest and helpful with my existing service plan and the next step towards a future service plan.
