Immediate attention from Service reception staff but ultimately a long wait of 6.5 hours. Standard of work done was high. I was informed at he very begiining that a new Brake Servo unit was required as the original one had a crack in it and fortunately one was in stock and work was carried out immediately as the car would not have been safe to drive and otherwise would have failed its MOT. What I was not told was that the rear brake pads and discs needed urgent attention and I only saw this when reading through the invoice and report at home. Had I been informed I would have asked for the replacemant on the rear brakes to be done that day as for me it is a round trip to Shrewsbury of 164 miles. I had to telephone the next day to ascertain the exact position with regards to the rear brakes. That is my single criticism of otherwise excellent work and service.

Despite finding out that my car had been booked in for service at the wrong branch, the staff managed to sort and rectify the error immediately and get my car serviced and MoT'd on the date promised. As I have a Service Agreement there was nothing to pay on the day of collection and my car was clean inside and out with all paperwork completed. Very happy customer!

Scott was extremely helpful. However he was restricted by the amount that he could offer us for our part exchange. We have therefore gone to another dealership where we were offered a better price for our part exchange, so we ordered our car from them. We would like to hear your response to these comments.
