Just wanted to say a special mention to Darren.Couldn’t of been more helpful even when In the dealership he was busy I asked him if I could go get a drink water he stopped what he was doing and got me one. At the end I mentioned I wasn’t sure on a few things and he sat and shown me everything. Will be asking for Darren when I upgrade

The dealership is immaculate, as are all of the vehicles. Steve, your sales executive, was informed, courteous and very helpful. He really helped me to select the perfect vehicle and made the whole experience a pleasure. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. I am more than pleased.

We visited Mercedes Shrewsbury in Autumn 2020 and had a test drive. I had to chase the salesman for prices and then he never got back to us. We felt like our custom wasn’t required. We visited on spec on Saturday and spoke firstly a gentleman whom we think is the branch manager who asked one of his team to help us. Adrian was extremely helpful and informative, such a difference to our first experience. We would now recommend Mercedes Shrewsbury and would have liked to put our business their way, but BMW had a stock model with a slightly larger engine that suited us. Massive change in customer experience in 1.5 years for the better.
