Purchasing my new Mercedes was very professionally done through the Shrewsbury dealership, i waited a considerably long time after placing the order which wasn't the fault of the dealership. During this time the dealership kept me updated on the progress of my new car.The handover of the car on the day of collection was handled very well with the sales & finance persons, going through all the relative details .

The car is an Audi we asked if they could help they said no not until end of march. My car is Mercedes I called and they did the Audi the next day. The result was went back the next day traded in the Audi for a Mercedes. I think this speaks for its self. We had no intention of changing the car.

Vehicle was collected from and returned to house. Driver was very helpful and friendly.

Due to my hip operation I used your pick up and drop off service and like other service areas Mercedes Shrewsbury provide it was excellent.

First time having a car serviced by a main dealer, and was pleasantly surprised with how everything went, the booking was super easy as I have the service plan; just a couple of emails giving me options and it was booked. Had a follow up call confirming my (and my card) details and we were good to go.On the morning of the appointment, I was running a little behind but the staff were excellent in their understanding and made me feel welcome whilst I was waiting for my lift to arrive. The technician rang me and sent a video through, which was a nice touch, when I went to collect the car it had been washed and valeted, something I’d never heard of before.Overall the experience was very pleasant and hassle free, no stressing.Thank you Mercedes Benz Shrewsbury

My response to Question 2 was because I'd tried to book online; however, the Mercedes-Benz website didn't have a visible calendar to choose a date & time. Nb. I did highlight this anomaly when booking my service through the Mercedes-Benz (Lookers) of Shrewsbury website - your representative did reply to say that he'd forwarded the details of the missing calendar to Mercedes-Benz.
