My response to Question 2 was because I'd tried to book online; however, the Mercedes-Benz website didn't have a visible calendar to choose a date & time. Nb. I did highlight this anomaly when booking my service through the Mercedes-Benz (Lookers) of Shrewsbury website - your representative did reply to say that he'd forwarded the details of the missing calendar to Mercedes-Benz.

We received the 'visual check' video via mobile but no message later to say the vehicle was ready for collection so the day was longer than it needed to be. The dashboard display was left in 'service mode' and as we haven't seen this before, it took an hour to return it to the standard speedo display. Despite these issues, Mercedes is still our preferred dealership and the car our preferred vehicle to date.
