Service advisor Richard Bennett was most helpful and accommodating particularly as I confused the booking date.The in-house repairs to dent /scuff damage to the rear bumper was very neatly done by Dave.I have a service plan on this car .The loan of the courtesy car was much appreciated and achieved with a minimal amount of fuss and gave me the opportunity to try out a hybrid Mercedes-Benz

The experience over the internet and the video and subsequent email conversation with the sales person was very good. I have decided to wait a few weeks to buy as the market trends with the war are bringing prices down slightly due to the uncertainty, then I will be back in market. I am in no rush as it is a spare car.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the cost of the service when compared to other non-franchised workshop.
