On ringing to explain my fault with the car. It would have been useful to know the time entailed to upload software. It’s 45 minutes to get to the garage and then be told I had to wait 2/3hrs for it to be completed. All done now, the staff were very apologetic.

The car was collected from home, which was fine, however we did request that as we had other appointments that day, we would appreciate a telephone call to inform us as to what time the vehicle would be returned in order that one of us could be at home to accept the vehicle back. We are still awaiting the call!!!

I want to make a comment about the level of service from Matthew Watson as he was exceptional from the minute I walked through the door to when I picked my new vehicle up. Nothing was to much trouble from him and I think he went that extra mile to make sure my car was what I wanted. The constant updates he gave and the regular communication was spot on and with the minor changes and preparing the car for me to pick up was fantastic.I real gentlemen and I will be telling my friends and family to go and see Matt if they want a new or used car as his customer care is second to none. A true asset to the Lookers Mercedes team and I would have no issues in writing any testimonial for him. Amazing level of customer service and look forward in 2 years to be dealing with Matt again.

It would be really good if they could charge a vehicle when servicing it. I have a hybrid which was completely out of charge when it got to the dealership. They were unable to charge it without me waiting for another 2-3 hours. Not good.
