Excellent Service.

Be nice to be offered a coffee or a drink. Lots of staff observed getting one from the machine. I was there over two hours. Tv should be moved to where the customer seating is now, as having read paper and magazine I would have liked to watch it.

Barrie Christopher the salesman who we dealt with from start to finish was excellent. Correspondence and customer services was first class.

Louis was excellent to deal with. I had a limited budget that didn't phase Louis at all. He remained helpful throughout the purchase and was flexible when my plans changed to collect the car. Very pleased with my CLA, low mileage in great condition, Louis went above and beyond to provide great customer service and built a rapport quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use the dealership again as I felt a valued customer. I'd also recommend to others.

The cover off the drivers seat belt mechanism keeps falling off so I leave it in the boot, I forgot to ask if it could be put back on. Sad to say it is still in the boot 😞
