I was not offered a lift home (and I do not know if it is a service Lookers offer). I expected at wait of one and a half hours but actually waited about two and a half hours. It was more than 30 minutes before my car was taken from to car park to the workshop from when I checked in.

The whole experience from getting notification of my booking which included a courtesy car for two days was more than excellent and the courtesy of the service manager and the staff was what you would expect from a Mercedes main dealer. Driving from Newcastle upon tyne 4hours to Shrewsbury to be told I couldn't take the car because my partner wast with me was slightly annoying Fraud was the excuse but I was going to be leaving our £20500 trade in behind.. and the manager didn't come out to explain. All this aside I found Barrie Christopher very pleasant and professional fella.
