Having responded to the reminder that the vehicle was due for a Service I booked the Service but on the screen every day at about 4 pm a message came up saying that a Service was overdue by an increasing number of days. This I found very annoying as a customer and should be avoided by a Company like MERCEDES.

Adrian Ellis has been a joy to deal with from my first enquiry through to collection of my car yesterday. You used to provide a free courtesy car , you now charge although a service costs upwards of £500, this is pretty mean of you in my opinion and does detract from the experience!
