Much appreciated prompt action in response to a MB recall to replace air bags.

I understand covid restrictions are in place, I see you coffee making facilities, but they are not in use, my visit to have Mot, lasted around 1 hour 45mins, having the ability to make a coffee or alternative refreshments would be a nice.

All very professional especially the salesman, good knowledge, Informed me of any new cars, good level of service up to purchasing my C Class, setting service plan up, tax, and setting up my reg plate, also with a few goodies.Only one thing and not massively important but was not off a drink or coffee all through out.
