Test drive arranged. Arrived at dealership early. Checked in with Reception, told to have a seat and a drink. I waited 40 minutes then left.

I recently visited the dealership to enquire about trading in my current vehicle and was disappointed with the experience. My car was valued significantly lower than expected, and the reaction to it felt dismissive. When we asked to speak with management, we could clearly see them discussing the situation through the window instead of coming out to speak with us directly. Although they acknowledged us eventually, it would have been far more professional to address us right away rather than talk about us as if we weren’t there. Additionally, there was no flexibility or willingness to discuss pricing on a new car, which is unusual compared to other dealerships. Overall, the visit made us feel like we weren’t very valued. Even if a deal had eventually been offered, we would not of bought the car based on the experience at the dealership.

I was contacted after requesting a settlement figure and valuation for my EQA purchased in February this year. I explained I was not interested in replacing it with another MB as I was extremely disappointed with the car. There was a complete lack of interest in my situation and no offer of any kind of assistance or support.
