I recently contacted Mercedes Shrewsbury regarding a replacement key for my Mercedes SLK which is 26 years old. I contacted Graham Rudd in the parts department and he took all the details of the car and ordered a replacement from Germany. The key was delivered within a week and worked perfectly. Great customer service and a special thank you to Graham for sorting it all out.
