I bought my Carr in for a recall and everything went very smoothly. I waited while the work was being carried out. Maybe could let customer know where their car is parked on exiting as it was my first visit

Service carried out efficiently. As usual, some hanging around to collect the vehicle as no-one was at reception when I returned. Disappointed that the interior was not valeted. The receipt indicates checks carried out but not the work that was done - at least, I couldn't find it.

I paid for a full service (B), MOT and replacement springs for my 2015 E-class which amounted to ~£1700 - as an added extra, I was told the car would be valeted, however there was dust on the dashboards and litter on the floor so it clearly wasn't looked at. After paying, what I feel is a lot for a decent service, the least that I expected was to follow-through on the valet service..? Also, when browsing the floor looking at new models for my fiancé, no sales rep came to check on us, despite us showing interest in one of the cars so we just left. The experience felt a bit cold
