Central booking have no clue about extended warranties, tried to charge me for potential fault investigation ahead of service. Billing for basic air con refresh not shown on main bill, and payment request was sent to wrong email address so ended up being chased for payment despite saying I had not received it, until I pointed out that it was probably the wrong email address.
