Excellent service as usual

I called to try to get my car sorted out a bit sooner as I needed to go. The staff turned things around very fast after my call. I wasn’t expecting my car to be valeted as well at no cost. It was a very nice surprise. Thank you.

From the moment I made the appointment to the reception staff on arrival it was perfect.

We had a problem concerning an unexpected hospital appointment for my wife clashing with an arranged service. Toby made a big effort to rearrange the Service and MOT earlier in his schedule, in order that I should be able to get my wife (who has reduced mobility) to the hospital appointment. I described some recent problems with the car and these were checked carefully. Finally the car was beautifully cleaned inside and out and a taxis arranged to get me to and from the service centre.

Very helpful staff, kept us informed and Toby the Service Manager is a delight to deal with. Waiting is never a problem due to lovely coffee, TV and comfortable seating .
