Dealership didn’t service car in designated time, left vehicle overnight. (Although I was informed next day the service was completed by 16:00, that was convenient, having expected completion by 14:30/15:00).

Mercedes Shrewsbury did all they could to repair my car after pot hole damage. Although my car was off the road for nearly 8 weeks, it was supply of parts that was the issue.
