'A' service took longer than advised (lounge wait booked) - spent just under 4 hours on site. When booking in I requested the car not to be washed to save some time and this was written on the job sheet, however it did get washed.

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership could not have been more helpful. They dealt with my purchase of a C200 estate very efficiently. I was helped by Matt, Scott and Josh and all of them were a credit to the dealership. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury. The whole transaction was straightforward and even though I wasn’t buying a brand new car they treated me like I was. For me it was a significant purchase and the whole experience was a happy one.
