The Team at the Shrewsbury branch were fantastic. The staff focsed on my specifiic requirements of the vehicle. Not rushed, not pressurised, but treated respectfully. Would I return to a Mercedes Dealership - Absolutely.

I would give Lookers a 5. However, I informed the collection agent who picked up the car that there was a crack on the passenger side of the front window screen. Unfortunately, I had no response on the service or any update on the crack and found, when the car was returned the crack was still there.
