The staff on site are very welcoming and friendly, the site is nice and clean and well laid out. The waiting area is exceptional especially the private working area. The choice of refreshments too is a excellent.

The garage were great as usual, on time, clean and tidy. The text reminder sent to us the night before caused confusion as it confirmed a drop and go appointment (drop before 10am, pick up after 5pm) and we had booked the offered 1230pm waiting appointment. We did sort it out after a few phone calls but it didn’t add anything to the usual smooth system of booking.

He was extremely helpful and accommodating and kept to all of the commitments he made. It was unfortunate that prior to this I had encountered a bad experience at my local branch which was ultimately the deciding factor in my not looking to part exchange my car
