Reception and handover of car smooth and polite. Work completed ahead of schedual. Return of car a little short and almost off-hand, without any additional conversation. We felt as if we had done something wrong along the way.

Normally I would give 5 stars but this time the service felt a little rushed. Every other time I have had a video going through a few things, tyre depths etc. I have had ongoing issues with the battery but it didn’t flag up, nor did ball joints , which I know are on the way out.

YOUR sevice was excellent - thank you !!.However it is disappointing that the car has now had 7 recalls I think Merc HQ should take a hard look at quality control/audits so that cars are not fitted with products not fit for purpose in the first instance. I had 45 years in Motor Trade and so have experience.
