Adrian was brilliant and worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly the mercedes we were looking for... He then ensured the vehicle was presented to us in the best condition possible.

Josh was very helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I did not feel pushed into a sale and found his disarming nature a positive towards the whole experience- he was able to offer me a range of options which meant we could reach a point which was affordable and enabled me to have the car of my choice - very happy with the service

The driver who collected the car was excellent and is a credit to your company. I would have given 5 stars had the car been cleaned and in all honesty I have not had a chance to check whether the software change and whether a new charging cable for the phone has remedied the Mercedes me - pre climate control issue or phone charging issue

When my MOT was completed I was given paperwork and told there were no issues other than replacing 2 rear indicator bulbs that had gone white. These were replaced, thank you. However, when I got home I examined the MOT certificate and discovered that I need an 'as soon as possible' replacement of a ball joint dust cover. This had not been mentioned and if I had simply filed the paperwork I would never had been aware. I now await a reply to my email requesting a quotation for this work.
