The person on the front desk (sorry I didn't get his name) was very friendly, despite me entering the showroom a couple of minutes before 8am. He also said he would do his best to get my service pushed through early so I could collect around lunchtime seeing as I had dropped it off early. I actually accidentally missed the service that I had booked in December and when I rebooked for January, the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and understanding.
