I was most happy with the way matters were organised on the 19th of this month when my vehicle was collected for the fuel recall.Your driver was punctual, courteous and most professional in his manner; my car was returned with the minimum of delay and I was impressed to see that it had been washed as well .The documents provided with the car indicated that the technical aspects had been dealt with and I felt that the entire matter had been dealt with in a most satisfactory manner.
