Having built up a rapport with our previous sales executive (Mr Lee Groves), who had looked after us for 9 years we were told he had moved into a new role. Our new sales executive (Mr Louis Gale) was exceptionally helpful and provided exactly what we had valued in Mr Groves over the years, trusted assured advice and a friendly demeanour.

Had a major problem with the rear sub frame on my vehicle (out of warranty). Your guys (Matt/Michael I think it was) wouldn’t take the inspection fee up front, and the guy spoke to Merc UK while I waited and they agreed to pay for fitting and replacing the sub frame. It was a great weight off my mind as it would have cost about £3.5k! If I could afford a new Merc I would buy it from you guys!
