Good service and short waiting time for MOT

Adrian was excellent as always - from start to finish, he has made the process incredibly easy despite the hundreds of questions I threw at him and going back and forth over the best options for me.

Matt had everything ready , just needed to sign one form . Loved the theatre of the unveiling and Matt gave a good overview of the controls etc on the car

All areas of customer service were excellent. One thing I would like to be offered, as I am on a monthly plan, is if the service plus any extras (for example a new tyre) exceed the plan I would like the option to settle this amount, rather than at the end of the plan to be hit with several hundred pounds that are outstanding, as happened to me last time I changed my Mercedes.

Had my Mercedes in for service and MOT all seemed okay. Then went into Limp mode few weeks later. I'm not saying this is down to them, just making a point. But everything great car is fixed and running well
