Stafford Branch let us down badly over the preparation of our A180se Purchase. Tyres all round were 5lbs under inflated ,sorted by us, with a dreadful tailgate lock rattle that you { Shrewsbury Branch } were able to sort for us. We however were not best pleased to waste the whole day 9-30 to 5pm in town & buying lunches. I have complained to Stafford but no explanation for their poor preperation as your remedial work will testify.{ Rattle cured by your excellent team, Many Thanks.

Very good on the servicing side but the estimate of 2 1/2 hours wait took in fact 3 1/2 hours!I was a bit disappointed over this in view of the usually very excellent support I have received over 25 years!

Excellent service. There were some issues (paintwork repair not fully completed and found a fault internally but the paintwork was sorted swiftly and the fault is being looked at)
