Had my Mercedes in for service and MOT all seemed okay. Then went into Limp mode few weeks later. I'm not saying this is down to them, just making a point. But everything great car is fixed and running well

Louis Gale our sales rep has gone over and above since I placed my first order 12 months ago. My situation was complicated as I changed jobs so had to cancel an order and order againand although I’m still waiting for my car Louis has kept me updated, offered suitable alternatives that would arrive sooner and gone over and above what was expected. He’s communicated with me constantly and even though he’s had bad news for me with delays etc he’s been open and honest and been a pleasure to deal with.
