Good service to car however taxi into Shrewsbury Town went well but return taxi was 1 hour late collecting us and we were stood by the road for one hour

The time and attention invested in the EQS was first class. Issues were worked through and solved in a structured, logical and reassuring manner by Julian. It's nice to see solution implemented with thought and precision. Car was returned with clean sheet and I should also say, immaculately valeted as well. There was some small confusion on provision of a loan car but that was entirely of my making and no reflection of anyone at MB Shrewsbury. Collection and drop off by Stefan and Steve was professional and friendly. And the wife enjoyed using the workshop A Class that week.... have to say I did as well :-) A Quality experience from start to finish. And in fairness that has been my experience of every service visit to date.

The leadtime for the replacement headlight part from the factory was unacceptable as my daughter was driving the E300 cabriolet for nearly 5 months without a driverside headlamp and indicator all through the winter dark nights which was illegal but we had no alternative as our eldest grandson has special needs and the car could not be off the road. No alternative was offered by Mercedes (UK) to compensate for this situation which shows sales are the only thing Mercedes (UK) is interested in, but once bought you are on your own!. This is not the dealer problem but the Mercedes (UK) head office issue and would like to hear from someone at head office regarding our level of disatisfaction with the manufacturer. my mobile is 07701060080 Mercedes are a quality car manufacturer but the parts back up is appalling!. The service team i was in communication with (Nathan) was exemplary. his communication and conclusion of this part required.

I really had a good conversation with the gentleman, very helpful. Follow up with email as requested. Excellent customer service. Issue was that Mercedes haven't launched the vehicle I'm interested in yet in the UK, so an impossible request at this time.

Despite there being an issue with the planned courtesy car, meaning I had to wait for the work to be done, the service I received was excellent, and my car was cleaned inside and out as a good will gesture, fabulous, thank you.
