I had booked a slot for MOT at 11am. But the MOT started until 1:30pm and finished at around 3pm. I was satisfied with all the service on that day, but just the waiting time is a bit long for me

Very prompt attention when I arrived Went thro details and I asked that records of service history were no longer in a service book but on computer. He said he would print out the history for me . Health check video sent which is useful . When collecting the car he went thro the work done and had indeed printed out the service history on a sheet attached to the work sheet . Thank you

Loved the brand. Love the features. There is still yet to learn about its workings. I am taking my time in learning about all the features in the car to boost confidence with driving this vehicle. Marc Wood at Chelmsford have provided us with a lot of help. He has given me all the safety training with the vehicle and the basics of driving it. He was very patient in our process of decision making and have agreed to test drive. I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle before seeing it or driving it. However he has agreed that I still have a choice to change my mind after viewing. I didnt ofcourse change my mind. Loved the car better in person than video. Really like the car.
