Excellent service and communication 💯 satisfaction!

I don't usually write reviews because I believe that great customer service is not negotiable and it should be the norm. On the other hand I have very little time to spare. However I have to stop and write this because it is rare these days to encounter truly dedicated people. Big thanks to Michael, the service department manager. In very few words...Premium Customer Service at it's finest....simple as that. Thank you Michael.

I thought the customers lounge was comfortable, But After 3.5 hours it gets quite boring especially if you are not a fan of daytime television. I have owned and run M.B. cars for over 25 years and the offer of a lift into the Town or City centre used to be offered. Maybe they were just the good old days.

I was very impressed with the way the Company through Geoff Wright managed my purchase in all aspects.

The low score I have given re. Finance and Insurance issues is because I made it clear from the outset that I was not interested in these products but the salesman had no choice other than to give me information.

Excellent product knowledge.

My request for the rear wiper arm to be replaced was reported as 'new wiper blade' thus the replacement arm was not in stock when the vehicle arrived and was not replaced. I was not able to leave the car for another day and thus had to get it done elsewhere - at a tenth of the cost, I might add.

Matt was great. Kept me informed throughout and achieved my target date of 28th April for delivery of the car. Really nice guy.
