Very pleased with the service especially from Mr Michael Davies who was very helpful in explaining the problem with my car and how best to resolve it.

Addressed the service need as well as the two issues I reported to the Service Manager. The Manager, Trevor Organ then showed great flexibility in working around my availability when the issues required new parts. I would have given 5 stars if not for the brusque initial conversation where I felt I was not given the opp to share my car concerns. In addition, as I had called out an engineer for one of the faults via MercedesMe, I was surprised this was not shared with the Service Team having explicitly requested this.
