The recall was a surprise.

Excellent and professional service from all contacts at Lookers Shrewsbury.Very friendly, ,helpful and supportive service after my A180 broke down. Such a shame that Mercedes Assist proved almost impossible to contact [over 20 hrs- with some calls holding for up to 2hrs at a time]. When contact was eventually made all contacts were brilliant and moved very quickly to resolve the issue.

The car was booked in for 2pm- unfortunately for whatever reason- not relayed to me, the car was not moved from the car park for at least 30 minutes. This meant that I was at the dealership for more than 3 hours. I am always more than happy with the service provided but I was disappointed with this delay.

Many thanks to Adrian for keeping me informed about the car unfortunately l didn't buy the car due to my partner not been able to get in to the car.I'am working on giving climbing lessons to get in and out of the car so I can get my dream car,hopefully l will be back to purchase the car fingers crossed.
