The leadtime for the replacement headlight part from the factory was unacceptable as my daughter was driving the E300 cabriolet for nearly 5 months without a driverside headlamp and indicator all through the winter dark nights which was illegal but we had no alternative as our eldest grandson has special needs and the car could not be off the road. No alternative was offered by Mercedes (UK) to compensate for this situation which shows sales are the only thing Mercedes (UK) is interested in, but once bought you are on your own!. This is not the dealer problem but the Mercedes (UK) head office issue and would like to hear from someone at head office regarding our level of disatisfaction with the manufacturer. my mobile is 07701060080Mercedes are a quality car manufacturer but the parts back up is appalling!. The service team i was in communication with (Nathan) was exemplary. his communication and conclusion of this part required.
