Staff very helpful, they found a car that suited my requirements but I was unable to complete due to health problems. I will give lookers shrewsbury the chance to sell me a car when I am able. Special mention for “ young” Nick very polite and knowledgeable young man.

All members of the team were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them. Regarding our new A Class 180, disappointed that the front headlamps fog up with condensation. Understand this is a common issue and am surprised that Mercedes haven’t addressed this.

Overall good but my car was delivered under the assumption than the part was replaced, no paperwork or discussion was had really. I was grateful for Richard for arranging a curtsey car, having had visited the dealership numerous times over the last few months.

On arrival at your showroom I was welcomed by a manager who introduced me to mitch Green a delightful sale man who looked after me from start to finish and driving away in my new car.he was excellent and his manager.your garage was recommended to myself from friend and now I know why. I dislike the centralised booking service, they are not helpful and I find the experience painful. However the service team at Shrewsbury are totally the opposite, nothing is too much trouble and will do everything to assist. True customer service 10/10. Thank you Shrewsbury again.
