I made it clear from the outset that I was a cash buyer but was told that it as necessary to go through a range of what seemed to me to be totally unnecessary details about finance and other offers. I do not blame your staff for this but you ought to streamline your systems to ensure I only need to discuss things that are relevant to my purchase.
