Responded to a Mercedes Benz recall. Their letter suggested the car would need with the dealership for no longer than an hour and a half. The booking agent said more likely to be ' 3-5 hours depending on strength of internet signal' (??)The car was ready after an hour and a half.Suggest that centralised service reception agents are retrained on MB recall issues.

Oliver was excellent but this was a distance enquiry over the phone and email, I ended up buying a new car from another brand but this was no reflection on your dealership.
