Car recall to deal with potential electrical problem. Had to go back in again as part not available - understandable in current situation with supply chains. Told job would be 5 hours. Dropped off at 8.00 and car was ready by 1.00. At same time solved a minor issue with car. Overall very satisfied.

We were told by Wolverhampton branch “no CLA’s were available“ so we popped into Stafford where Zak went out of his way to secure us one whilst we know both are the same group the difference is marked !

Usually a good experience at MB and this time, despite CV-19, the same was true. The service team and premises were well prepared with clear guidance and markings to hopefully keep everyone safe. Did miss the opportunity to read some magazines I wouldn't normally read and grab a coffee but otherwise, reassuringly the same excellent standard.
