Service B was completed in around 2 hours including rear brake pads replaced.Overall happy with the service and Becky that looked after my vehicle.Only criticism was with the courtesy car which wasn't as clean as my vehicle that had gone in for its service. Old receipts in centre console, McDonalds straw wrapper in door pocket and dusty dashboard.

Always been a good service just a pity they no longer do loan cars but apart from that brilliant customer service
