I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mercedes Technician Chris for his work today and yesterday. I had some software issues with my new car, and he diagnosed them and rectified them accordingly. More importantly, he also took the time to explain the work, during a call and personally when I collected the car, reaffirming the work that he had done. Thank you, Chris.I’d also like to say big thanks Ryan, who was extremely helpful in updating me on the progress and initially booking my car in.Unfortunately, there was one blonde lady, whom I approached for helpto ask for an update on my car as I had been waiting there for 6 hours. I should point out that, I had decided to wait for my car to be repaired, so this was my choice, as there was a download that took longer than expected. Anyway, she left me hanging on for an hour, and did not update me . She did seem a little bit moody. Maybe she was having a bad day.On a more positive note, I would also like to comment on the young lady who manages the reception desk, she is polite, courteous and very helpful and nothing seems too much for her as she goes out of her way to ensure you have a good service.Too many people are quick to criticise but not so quick to comment when things go well when companies give good customer service. I expect a good service from a premium car company such as Mercedes however, It costs nothing to be polite and courteous to customers, so Mercedes Stafford, thank you and keep up the good work. Can you please pass on my thanks to Chris in particular. Thank you.

I needed to stay and wait for my vehicle, which took a lot longer than I anticipated, the amenities for the public were great, comfortable seating tables, a drinks machine, which helped the time go by.

Good communication, lovely staffMy only complaint is at previous repairs/services the car was cleaned. Out of all the cars I had seen being collected mine was the only dirty one
