Staff are always very friendly and helpful, tea and coffee facilities are available which is useful when waiting.However, my car has been in for the same repair twice now which has been inconvenient.

Having had a bad experience with another branch for several reasons (matters of which still remain unacknowledged to this day), I hadn't had a great impression so far. However I needed to take my car in for a repair under warranty. Whilst I was inside the branch I witnessed someone drive into my parked vehicle, which I later discovered was a sandwich delivery person. The team were helpful and responsive given I was holding my baby and when I went to speak to her she had driven off. This is an insurance/police matter but I was really pleased to receive my car having been washed/valeted and an attempt to buffer our the damage to the front bumper. It definitely took the edge off a bad morning, so thank you.

Problem with my “Deffective ESP and ASB” warning was resolved by reprogramming the car’s computer in a quick and efficient manner. The car was also valeted. Thank you Mercedes Stafford👍
