Having spent £1,450 with you it would have been a nice gesture if the car had been cleaned on completion of the very expensive work that had been carried out.Communication could be better. Progress reports not given during 2 weeks the car was with you. Somewhat disappointed in the overall performance. The experience could have been so much better.

There was a few hiccups on the day but the problems where dealt with and handled really well enabling me to return home safely and collect the car the next day.
