The staff were great. I knew what was going on and how much it was going to cost. The car was brought back having been cleaned, earlier than expected. So all things considered everything was done well

Having spent £1,450 with you it would have been a nice gesture if the car had been cleaned on completion of the very expensive work that had been carried out.Communication could be better. Progress reports not given during 2 weeks the car was with you. Somewhat disappointed in the overall performance. The experience could have been so much better.

There was a few hiccups on the day but the problems where dealt with and handled really well enabling me to return home safely and collect the car the next day.

Only thing I'm disappointed with is I didn't any kind of update through the day to say when it'll be completed or no phone call or email etc to go over any issues or anything that needs changing.Other than that I think everything else went well.
