Had a few issues with the car and arranged to take it back, two weeks after purchase. They swapped all the parts and sorted the issue for me and didn’t argue anything. I would give 5 starts but ultimately some of the faults could have been dealt with before I collected it originally. Poor brakes, faulty window control panel, bad wiper blades

Communication was great, sorting a courtesy car during the work made a huge difference with us being a one car household so we'd have been stuck! All round great service and good to know Mercedes were sorting the car parts being the main dealer. Would recommend
