Was left waiting around on collection even though told the car was ready. Had to ask again after 15 minutes when I could get my car back. Courtesy wash was of poor quality. Had the tires explained to me then get home and find an advisory on the rear brake pads which I would have liked the opportunity to discuss for clarity.
