Process and service were good and friendly. Not sure if you still supply it but I didn’t get the video service report by the technician?Other than that very pleased.

The Salesman Matt Bligh was excellent throughout the sale, understanding my needs and locating the correct specification car and colour.Excellent communication with the documentation and collecting me when returning my hire car to the local car hire centre.

Everything from start to finish was great to the welcome you get as you first enter the immaculate showroom & the very pleasant staff.They repaired my car under warranty which I was over the moon with & they were concerned about my safety so had it in straight away they even washed & hoovered i, looks like a new car. So pleased with Mercedes Stafford 10/10 i I can't fault the service I received for a very expensive repair under warranty Thankyou so much, I thought I was going to have to write it off as I couldnt afford it. Highly reccomend Mercedes
