Welcomed me with a hot drink. Completed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently and talked me through the car controls. Everything in the handover was as agreed via email.

I was greeted efficiently and the keys taken. I was helped to renew my service plan. The ball joint was replaced in good time - less than 2 hours. The car was ready and waiting for me.
