Initial meet and great at the service reception by Nikki Burke was welcoming, friendly, smiling and professional.Vehicle key was handed over, we left the premises to shop and have lunch in Stafford giving a return time of around 13:30.Returning to the dealership our car key and the appropriate service documentation was presented by Gareth Day who provided a detailed analysis of my vehicle MJ72CCO, Gareth’s customer service was excellent, providing important information regarding the vehicle and how Mercedes Benz Stafford are available to assist along with a detailed explanation of how 24/7 Roadside Assistance operates in conjunction with annual vehicle maintenance. Gareth escorted us to our vehicle, provided a final inspection, handed over our key, thanked me for using the dealership and waited until we had driven off the premises before returning to the workshop, excellent customer service, well pleased.
