Service team excellent, ignored by sales person who sold me my SL400 just 8 weeks earlier. Given the dealership were trying to sell the car for a couple of months, and I had made a complaint about not being contacted after I had left my name with him, I"d be very surprised if he didn"t recognise me. I had my Audi serviced recently and the sales person there tapped me on the shoulder and asked how I was finding the car (he'd sold it to me 4 months previuos). Similar scenario with all the Audis I have had in the past across three dealerships.

Service department fixed the problem with the wipers. Giving full marks is danagerous as it causes the company to get complacent and rest on their laurels.
