When I noticed my car had an electrical problem I contacted the Stafford dealership (which I always use) and the support all through from the initial call through to me collecting it was great. All the support staff from Beck in front of service to Gareth in the workshop who explained what was happening and the solution for it were great and very professional.

The vehicle has been back to Lookers Stoke and Stafford in excess of 10 visits to rectify the same problem. If its permanently fixed this time l would happily improve my rating but the jury is still out on the fix being permanent or temporary as on previous occasions.
