On the day of my MOT scheduled for 3pm I was involved in family matters which could possibly have been affected because the local Mercedes outlet was very busy. However, my work was completed in good time and I was able to attend the family function. I would like to bring to notice the customer service provided by Bev from the Service Team who kept me fully informed of how the MOT was progressing and ensured everything was completed on time. There is a MB vehicle recall on my car. It would have been better if this could have been dealt with at the time of the A service. Because of some testing/equipment failure at the dealership I now have to return the car for half a day for this to be dealt with.
